nuovi copriteiera

new teacozies

§ I finished the second teacozy for the friend who asked me for one of them.
I did two to let her choose the one she likes more as I have previously done for the little bees.
I hope she likes them and that at least one could be as she wished.
I stitched with linen floss to make hem look a bit old and the one wth the garland has little stains... you know, after so much use ;o))

Monday 9.50 pm: last minute news. This is the chosen one. I really wish that my friend will be happy with it. Thank you very much.

  1. Oh Rosanna, how do you expect any one to be able to choose between the two, they are wonderful, so perfect.

  2. Rosanna- they are so beautiful! I would not be able to choose. I think I would choose the one with the "stains" as my "real life" tea cozy has some stains also :)

Do you use 28 linen? You don't have to answer if you do not want to- I stitched my first tea cozy- but big on 22 count and I am wondering if 28 count will help make it look more delicate or if I am forced to use the silk gauze fabric.
