Well, in Germany it's called "Abitur" (and I'm glad that this kind of exams are a far away memory in my life) but I know in Austria they call it "Matura", too. Fingers crosed for Matteo!!!

I remember those exams only too well, although many, many years ago, LOL. At least it is in pleasant surroundings. I hope he does well also. The final exams of high school used to be called Matriculation here in Australia, now Higher School Certificate, or HSC, the stepping stone to university or other.
