Questa foto è stata scattata oggi di fronte al Duomo di Milano ma non ero in gita di piacere.
Ero lì per un controllo medico in seguito ad un intervento agli occhi effettuato sabato scorso.
Da alcuni mesi soffrivo di una fastidiosissima forma di diplopia che mi rendeva la vita MOLTO faticosa.
Sono lieta di annunciare al mondo che è andata benissimo :o))))
Ho gli occhi rosso sangue, i punti tirano all'interno degli occhi ma ci vedo da DIO !!!!

§ Many days of silence but for a good reason.
This pic has been taken today in front of Duomo of Milan but it was not a leisure trip.
I was there for a medical check up after a surgical operation to my eyes which was done last saturday.
Since a few months ago I suffered of an extremely boring double sight which made my life VERY tiresome.
I am happy to announce to the world that it has gone wonderfully :o))))
I have blood red eyes, stitches which pull inside them but I see like a god !!!!

Rosanna, I am so glad to hear your eyes are getting better! The modern surgery is a miracle! I hope you continue to improve and that your vision is perfect again for minis!
Oooh, that sounds both terrible and great! I am sure once the stitches are out and your eyes are healed, you will be feeling fantastic.

Mio nipote è stato operato a Milano sabato scorso! Per lo strabismo!
Anche lui ha gli occhi pesti e semichiusi ma va tutto bene!

I am so very happy to hear the surgery went well. I know very well how awful it is not to be able to see.
A trip to Milan sounds wonderful but the reason for it sounds awful! I hope you are now fully recovered.
Thanks for your lovely comment about the bathroom and the cupboard. In the last few hours I've been thinking of moving the door in the bedroom that will be in front of the hallway so that the cupboard can be seen properly - unfortunately the wall is already constructed although it isn't yet installed. I think though that if I don't do it (because I'm too lazy to face all the reconstruction involved!) then I will regret it later. I guess I've fallen in love a little with the cupboard and don't want it so totally hidden - isn't that just a little bit (well maybe a LOT) crazy?!
