Villa Serra e Il Cigno Nero

§ Someone asked why I have never made a post on my own city....
Well, I did write some posts ;o) but since you provoke me ..... here are some new piccies.

§ This is Villa Serra of Comago, the place where Linda, David and my family went today.
Unfortunately the weather was terrible.
Considering that the villa was built in Tudor style the Scottish climate we had today was perfectly in tune.

§ This is the tower of Villa Serra, here there are a hotel and a restaurant, La Locanda del Cigno Nero aka The Inn of the Black Swan.
It's a little place that we like very much and where we often go and the food is always delicious.
I promise they do not pay me for the ad !!!

Allora, cosa aspettate a venire a trovarci ?

Well, what are you waiting before you come and find us ?

Rosanna,

Thank you so much for the lovely comment you left on my blog.

As for your city... I will make time to find all your posts about it. I cannot imagine living some where that is so lovely. How very lucky you are.

I am sure you and Linda had lots of things to talk about this week. What fun!!!

How I would LOVE to meet you both!!!!!!!!

....perhaps the weather wasn't the best, but the villa was beautiful, the gardens were devine, the food and wine was amazing and the company was the very best of all....it was a lovely, lovely day!!!

So wonderful it must be to have Linda (and David of course)visiting!
I love looking at the pictures from Genoa in both yours and Linda's blog. Your hometown is such a beautiful town, and having you as a guide must be a real treat!
The Villa Serra looks great even with the terrible weather, I can just imagine how beautiful the Villa and the lake must be in the spring!

Hey!!! I thought I have seen all of Genoa! :):) This is really something! I remembered when I was there the weather was not too great either but with our sunshine girl, Rosanna, it doesn't make a difference, right, Linda?

One day, I hope to meet with you too Linda.
