truffles
Oggi niente mini ma ho fatto i cioccolatini.
Debbie ci ha insegnato a fra le minitruffles, io vi passo la ricetta per quelli veri.
100 gr nocciole o mandorle tritate grossolanamente
100 gr zucchero a velo
100 gr cacao amaro
200 gr mascarpone
2 cucchiai di liquore a piacere oppure latte se non volete alcool
Mescolate tutto insieme, formate delle palline e rotolatele nel cacao amaro o nelle codette di zucchero.
Facile come bere un bicchiere d'acqua.

Today no minis but I've done choco truffles.
Debbie has taught us to do minis truffles, I'll give the recipe for real ones.
100 gr hazelnuts or almonds coarsly grounded
100 gr powder sugar
100 gr bitter cocoa powder
200 gr mascarpone
2 spoons of rhum or cognac or milk if you do not want alcool
Mix everything together, form little balls and roll them in cocoa powder or sugar bits.
Easy peasy, lemon squeezy ( is that right Mercedes?)

Casey, Debbie, Marsha,Kim and Jean: they are very easy to do. I've learned at school at 11 years old. They can be frozen and they are still good.

Hi Rosanna! Yes, you're right! They do look easy peasy, lemon squeezy! I just showed Noah you wrote that and he laughed so much! There used to be a cooking show on tv here and the cook said that all the time!
