Il frigorifero - The fridge

 

§ Un paio di giorni fa è arrivato il frigorifero che Sylvia ha costruito per me.
Le avevo chiesto di non verniciarlo per poter decidere con calma che colore adottare.
Sylvia è velocissima, fa quasi paura ! in due giorni aveva già finito tutto ed era pronta per la spedizione.

§ A couple of days ago the fridge that Sylvia made for me arrived at my home.
I asked her not to paint it so I can decide with some ease which colour I want it.
Sylvia is so quick, she is nearly frightening ! she finished everything in two days and she was ready for the mail.

§ A me piace tantissimo, guardate i dettagli dell'interno con i cassetti per le verdure e le griglie.
Ammirate anche l'interno della porta, mancano solo le vettovaglie.

§ I love it, look at the details inside with the veggie drawers and the grills.
Admire also the inside of the door, only foods are missing.

§ E questo è il copriteiera che ho preparato per lei.
Sylvia mi aveva chiesto qualcosa di sbiadito, un po' vecchio, un po' Francese e sui toni del blu/grigio.
Ne ho preparati tre e questo è stato il prescelto.
Giuro che non vedo l'ora di vederlo nella sua nuova cucina.

§ And this is the teacozy which I made for her.
Sylvia asked me something faded, vintage, a bit Frenchy and in the blue/grey hues.
I made three and this the one which was chosen.
I admit that I cannot look forward to seeing it in her new kitchen
